How it works
Step 1 - Book it.
If you have 20 guests or less at your picnic, you can book directly through our convenient scheduling tool below! Otherwise, we ask that groups larger than 20 fill out our contact form. Please note that all appointments will be required to sign a contract after booking through website. Contract terms can be found within our FAQ.
Step 2 - Let’s design.
Once we receive your booking, we’ll contact you to start designing your picnic or tablescape. We have quite a large inventory and can accommodate most themes and color schemes. If you already have an idea in mind, we can’t wait to see your inspo-photos!
Step 3 - Party time.
On the day of your event, our team will work to make it the most magical celebration. We’ll do all the heavy lifting, quite literally, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy. At the end of your picnic, our team will come back and pack up. It’s easy as that!
What’s included with each picnic?
Each picnic has a two-hour minimum, with the option to add time. All of our standard picnics comes with:
Picnic furniture, including: low tables, rugs, and pillows/cushions
Place settings, including: plates, glasses, flatware, and linen napkins
Picnic decor and accessories
Fresh or dried florals
Shade umbrellas (weather permitting)
There’s also great add-on options for each picnic, from entertainment options to florals. Ask us what you can add to your celebration!
